Have you checked your rear wiper motor by chance? I know that's an issue on other vehicles.

You beat me to it. My 2001 I have pulled the fuse on the rear wiper. It would fail to park exactly to the point to satisfy the BCM and then the batterry would drain. Was considering to delete it with a repaint. Adds 10LBs to the rear hatch and is a useless feature.
