    My wife's Navigator did that exact same thing. Dealer couldn't resolve it after multiple attempts, so we dumped it. When it upshifted it threw you back in the seat and then had no power again until it upshifted. But it revved up like normal.

    I friend just had their Wagoneer bought back after maybe 6 months of ownership. I didn't ask what was all wrong but he just said it was a nightmare. I'm guessing it was electronic crap.

    Theres so many sound deadening devices on these exhaust systems, that little bit of packing probably own't even make a noise difference. There are 2 turbos, 2 pre cats, 2 cats, a HUGE muffler, and a resonator. I wouldn't worry a bit about it. The mufflers usually are like 3 wraps and 3...

    This is only the begenning of all kinds of computer malfunctions causing serious accidents. One sensor fails and The Whole thing tries to kill you. Sure glad we dumbed-down these newer vehicles so todays society can drive without thinking.
