ABS light and traction control light came on and now when I try to pull out it feels like the brakes are locked on the rear driver side wheel.

The ABS/TCS actions are normal, as that is what they are supposed to do when any part of it goes bad or is nearly done for, however, worn wheel bearing can also cause those systems to malfunction, so I would have those checked too.
As for ARS sensor, if it rusted off, then you will need to have both of them replaced, since the other one will probably fall off soon too
