2008 EL Limited w/ 165k-ish miles. Front A/C blowers intermittenly works, always works when I hit underneath the glove box. Once its on, it will stay on until the the vehicle has been shut off. Fan speeds will almost always coincide with display settings, sometimes the fan speeds wander. Temps always stay to what is set on the dash. This has been going on for about a year, as sometimes it works immediately on start up and no persuasion is needed.
Rear blower motor has not been working, accessed it this afternoon and gave it a slight bump and it began working right away, same as the front. It also fluctuates fan speed on its own.
Could it be that both blower motors need replacing at the same time? Other suggestions?
