I have a 1999 Expedition. My turns signals (Hazards work) go out, and the 4x4 light flashes as soon as key is on. Keeps blowing fuse #23. Seems to happen when accelerating while making a turn. Any help would be appreciated.

wiring prints for fuse #23
remove the flasher relay and then drive the expy
however you will not have turn signals while the relay is out.
But that shouldn't matter as most drivers don't use them anyway
if fuse #23 doesn't blow then your problem may be the multifunction switch
