I'm having trouble with my 2004 expedition Eddie Bauer edition. The automatic lights, door locks, and radio isn't working properly. when I turn the truck off and open the door the radio stays on. my automatic lights won't turn on, so I have to turn them on manually. The doors won't lock when I put the truck in drive as well. I read somewhere that it could be the body control module, but I have know idea where it is located and I'm not sure if that is really the problem. Can anyone help

Ford calls it a GEM (generic electronic module).

If you do a quick search on the forum for GEM, you'll see plenty of threads about it.
