my eyes got buggy from spending hours looking through them.

Can understand the buggy eyes.

Your recent testing indicates that you are getting power thru the Ign. Switch.

You may now have to start troubleshooting each circuit that you are having problems with.

You stated you check grounds 200 and 201.

Grounds 100, 101, 300,301, 402 and 404 are also associated with the circuits that you say are not working.

Question, Was there any work done on the expy prior to all of these issues happening??

When you read both of your posts is sounds as if your testing the fuse in the fuse block and the fuse out of the fuse block. That is why I asked how you can get voltage on the fuse out of the fuse block.

When testing fuses if I get battery voltage on the input/output of the fuse I move on to the next leg of the circuit.

Since your having multiple problems I would keep it simple by focusing on just one of the problems and solve that first.

just got back from the dealer and thy said it was the VSM. but according to the tech they dont sell it anymore, it is part of the smart junction box. the rear wiper just decided to carp out at the same time, he said the motor is hatched.

I was looking at the prints this morning and one thing that is common to your problem was the Security Module. None of your problems have anything to do with the PCM.

You may try finding a VSM in a local junk/U-pull-it yard. Not sure if it would have to be reprogramed for your expy.

What options did the dealership tell you?

i told him thats what i was going to try then. i asked about the programing and he didnt think it was needed. but thats when he was mentioning that the new SJB contained the VSM. so i said my options were to just to try a used one for cheap or buy the new sjb, but looking at the new sjb i dont see where the vsm wires would plug into it. just ordered the used vsm and the wiper motor for $135 shipped, so we shall see about the programming when i hook it up. he also thought it could cause the heat/cool seats to flake out. otherwise there were no codes triggered but the parking aid. i think there is a bad sensor there. its had issues for a long long time.

i will have to check it out when i get home. i just called the ford parts dept and they do replace that part for $300.56 with a 4l1z-15604-ad, which is not the same as the SJB. so not sure what the tech was looking at.

I don't know if this caused these issues or not but I remember reading on the forum about a purple wire that corrodes and causes all sorts of problems. It's located in the driver side kick panel if I remember correctly. Does anyone remember anything about that and could that cause his problems? It was two purple wires that connect and go ito one. If this isn't related sorry for jumping in.
