my previous post explains what you need to do look at the print for C270g and connect to pins 3 and 4 then turn the key to start and run and see what reading you get on the ohm meter

need for you to verify that you had 12 volts at pin 4 of C270g with the connector plugged into the fuse block again that is the LG/VT wire

Yep, we've got power at Pin 4 on C270g.

ok did you check for continuity on pins 3 and 4 as stated in my previous post

Yes we have continuity between pic 3 and 4.

do you have 12 volts going into and coming out of fuse 102

Tested continuity in run and start position
And we have power at 102 fuse

ok If you have continuity from pin 4 to pin 3 Then you should have 12 volts at pin 3 with the connector connected to the fuse block
What I want you to do is have everything reconnected Then start the Expy Then check for 12 volts at the following fuses #1,7,13,14,15,16 and 17 check both sides of the fuse and post the results
