my previous post explains what you need to do look at the print for C270g and connect to pins 3 and 4 then turn the key to start and run and see what reading you get on the ohm meter

need for you to verify that you had 12 volts at pin 4 of C270g with the connector plugged into the fuse block again that is the LG/VT wire

ok If you have continuity from pin 4 to pin 3 Then you should have 12 volts at pin 3 with the connector connected to the fuse block

What I want you to do is have everything reconnected Then start the Expy Then check for 12 volts at the following fuses #1,7,13,14,15,16 and 17 check both sides of the fuse and post the results

Okay, here are the results. All fuses have power (13+) except #7
(left term) (right term)
#1 - 13.95 13.96
#7 - .3 .4
#13 - 13.89 13.89
#14 - 13.89 13.89
#15 - 13.88 13.89
#16 - 13.29 13.88
#17 - 13.89 13.88
