I've sent bedrck47 a pm to join in on the removal of the board since he has had one apart and knows the tricks. Usually pcb's are held in with screws, tabs or press fit.

He said it may be held in by tabs on the side and to carefully pry them back.

That looks like a "cold" solder joint. Please post a pic of the other side of the board at the same connection.
To fix it you will need a soldering iron and 60/40 electronic solder.

This video shows you how to repair the Fuel Pump Relay...

Also make sure you read the comments below the video for more info on where to get the replacement relay and other steps that were missed on the video!
I used this guide to do my repair with great success! I wanted to do a write up on how my experience went, but time does not allow me to do so... sorry

Almost forgot... On my truck the relay did not melt, deformed or smelt burnt at all, so do not go by that alone, just replace it and be done with it!

The PCB board did look discolored around the circuit lines that connected the Fuel Pump Relay to the rest of the components...

I had the fuel pump relay (303) replaced @ autocircut solutions.com...they sent it back and I installed it & drove it 1200 miles no problemo (ROAD TRIP!).....NOW, I have a 203 relay that failed; replaced it, and it gets warm/hot after 5 miles or less. Middle prong on relay is a bit melty.
It seems to only heat up when running. Pulled fuse 32 ran it, got warm/hot, pulled 33, ran it ,same , pulled 34 wouldn't start. i checked the MAP , fuel injector wires for signs of damage. Also disconnected AC coil- Still gets hot.
Could this be a defective/failing 303 installed ? What next ? Bad connection /spread connector at fuse board? Any input would be great.....!!!!
