So first i want to thank all of you for the help . I took it to a place that does pats work .225 dollars later it was a fuse pin #71 from batt junction box to ecu so the keys didnt even need to be re programed im guessing thats why the obd2 would not connect i hope that helps some one else i have the diagrams from alldata they used to trouble shoot .ill try to get them scanned and post
