I bought an 04 expy w/162,000 miles. Changed the oil obviously, checked levels, looked things over. Hooked it to a code reader -- no codes. It seems to run OK, getting about 16 on the highway.

I am wondering what else I should do to it. I don't think the plugs have been changed, COPs either.

I do intend to drain and fill the radiator -- the antifreeze looks bad and its 6 years old.

What else???? Give me you rationale as well please. I have read a couple places to leave old vehicles alone, especially the spark plugs, till something happens....

I always change out all fluids when I get a used vehicle. It just makes me feel better knowing it was done. (even the 'lubed for life' rear end)
