I'm trying to install a Magnaflow exhaust in my 2006 Expy King Ranch, and I realized you can't install it without dropping the rear sway (stabilizer) bar. The bolts that hold the top of the bar go inside the box frame. There's an access hole on top, but I can't figure out the size of the bolt head and the nut just keeps spinning on me. Anyone else out there had this problem? I'm stuck, the expy is up on Jacks for the night, and I'm hoping I can get this done tomorrow after work. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

I font remember what I used...when I switched mine out...use pliers or crescent wrench...vise grips...your best bet is to go down the line of sockets...I don't remember...

I got it guys

OK, So that was an extreme pain in the ass. It turns out the bolt heads were ROUND! I would've been able to notice sooner, but there was so much crud covering the bolt heads and I was wearing gloves. I was able to loosen them by clamping a pair of vicegrips on the bottom of the bolt, and loosening the nut with a 15mm wrench. When the nut got near the bottom, I cranked the nut off by putting the bolt on a good angle to keep it from spinning, and using a 15 mm ratchet. Anyway, I just removed the 4 bolts holding the stabilizer at the top, so I could drop it for some clearance, and I was able to get the flowmaster Exhaust in no problem. I think you;ll have to do this for all Expy's from 03'-06' and maybe other years as well, but for sure those years. The Exhaust sounds sweet, and I noticed a huge improvement in acceleration. Totally, worth the money spent. That and the K&N cold air intake are a great upgrade that's not a ton of money, and fairly easy to do yourself. Keep those wheels spinning brothers. (and sisters)
