I took her in to get the alignment done and during the free inspection the tech noticed the coolant reservoir was close to empty. There aren't any visible leaks, the radiator cap is new, the car runs fine, the engine oil looks normal. They want to do a pressure test, which I'll do, but wanted to see if anyone here has experienced something similar.

Hoping it's not a head gasket or the radiator. It has 81,000 miles on the odo.

Any ideas?

I'd guess a hose first, radiator second. Neither is a particularly expensive fix. I've had some hose leaks that went undetected for quite some time.

81,000 miles and this is the first time you've had the issue? I'd chalk it up to loss from heat cycles. It's also possible you are burning it off and it's such a small amount you won't notice. Also, to say the oil looks ok doesn't mean squat, you won't see coolant until you have a catastrophic leak. The only way to know if you actually have coolant in the oil is to complete a oil sample.
