Hi - thought I would share this.
I had a pesky rattle in my left drivers door for the last 3 months. Took it to my dealer for them to fix. I figured it was something in the door. The took my door apart and found everything working fine. Drove it again and the noise was still there. After using a chassis ear between the front wheel well and the rear wheel well they determined it was coming from the power running board connecting axis rod in between hinges.. They replaced the driver side running board assembly and it took care of the rattle.
