please send some quick help! Ive been at this for an hour and im all out of curse words... I cant get the fluid reservoir and battery mount out of my expy (2010).

trying to check the air ride compressor system, the washer tank seems to be mounted with plastic anchors to the battery mount, if I bust that lose I see no way of getting it back together.

AHH!

MUCH appreciated man, I just wanted to check the relay though for now. I think I just figured out that the relay was moved to the fuse box at some model year, I pulled mine and reinserted it and the compressor made a slight noise but that was it, tried again and nothing... I think the relay must be shorted out. Going to the dealer to replace it. If that doesnt work Ill replace compressor with this guide.

Thanks!

Now you know why so many switch over to regular coil springs. I used to own 80's Lincoln mark 7's that always blew out air springs or leaked. Although when air ride works proper, the ride is incredible. If you do switch over to coils do your research, some are better than others. Good luck.

The Expy/Navi air ride system seems be regarded as Lincolns worst. Even the air ride specialists like American Air suspension recommend swapping to coils. I've owned a Mark VII and mark VIII and plan on swapping to coils on my Navi.

Well I finally got to my compressor and there was no second relay or switch to reset, so i just paid the dealer to diagnose it for $125. They confirmed it was the compressor. So I am just getting the p-2500 arnott for $190 off amazon.

If something else goes wrong after this fix, its swapping to coils 100%.

You can keep the load leveling suspension and go to coils as well plus you can do it using all OE parts.

this would be interesting? do you have a reference or a link that could educate me on completing this?
