I'm pulling the trigger on an 05 expy this weekend. I would like to put a leveling kit on in a few weeks with some new tires. What do you guys recommend for leveling kits out there. Whats the biggest I could go without having any other issues arise? I would like to lift both the front and rear but take out the rake. Also, what size tires are you guys running with your leveling kits?

I have an ebay 3.5/2.5 lift - was about $110. My tires are 315/70/17 and I love it.

I take it you haven't seen any adverse effects from the lift, which I presume is a spacer lift? I just picked up an '03 Expy XLT and notice it sits a good bit lower than my 99.

I can't compare my ebay lift to any other lift because I don't have any baseline data. It's a set of metal collars; short of welds breaking I can't see how one would be any different than another.

im running 3.5/2.5 with 285/70/17. 2+ years and no problems
hey dan i sent you a pm but ill ask here too so everybody can benefit....anything special you had to do run 315s. im putting on the 3/2 leveling kit this weekend and got the green light to go tire shopping from the wife. i wanna run the biggest possible with no rub

I just had a lift shop (4 wheel parts) tell me they can't align the front with any more than a 2.5 " lift, and the back needs a set of shims to work with 2". Has anyone heard this before??

I have a 2.5 front, currently riding Cali style, and just got my 2.5 rear spacers in yesterday. Well see how she looks!
