When it starts to get cold here in Michigan, when ever I take off the oil cap there is this weird like paste, goop on the cap and inside towards the top also.
No idea what it is, or whats causing it.
Any ideas?

Cold weather and condensation

Short trips and not allowing the expy to get up to temp to burn off the condensation

Also don't forget to check your dipstick. If you have the same fluid down there then you have a bigger problem. Possibly coolant leaking. Otherwise if it is just on the cap, I wouldn't worry too much.
