Oil pressure keeps dropping

Where is the oil pressure sensor/ switch located?

"As I mentioned earlier about the oil pressure sensor under the driver side head on the block, take a look under the engine with a flashlight, and see if the single wire feeding the signal to the cluster is broken, popped off the sensor, or at worst, unscrew it off the block, and check it for debris cloggage or just get a new one as they are only a couple of bucks."

happened to mine when i bought it. replaced it and it works great now!

I'm curious, was the gauge for it just randomly dropping, especially before the vehicle warmed up? Mine has done this for a while, it didn't hinder the way the vehicle performed so I never worried about it.

my sensor did that as well so i just swapped it. Its a good thing i have small hands cuz the gap is small as hell to get at that sensor.
