01 LED Conversion

I just finished up the Blue led conversion on my 01 WOW that was alot of fun:whymewhyme: the hard part was just getting all the green overlay off with acetone other then that it wasn't to bad. I've got to run to town to get some blue film for ODO.

Part List:

Acetone
Cue tip/Cotton Balls
(6) Blue 74 bulbs instrument cluster
(6) Blue 194 bulbs HVAC controls
(1) 5mm Blue led with 680 ohm resistor for headlight switch, I will need another one for 4x4 control also

Now onto steering wheel, door controls and 4x4 knob, this is when it gets interesting!

The hard part is getting the green film off it took a bit of patience,acetone and attention to detail but very doable, I put a half days work into it, that included disassembling and reassembling. Well worth it in the end!

Finished converting the power window controls, that's a lot of desoldering and resoldering glad that's over.
