I need to remove the chrome/plastic round bezels on my 03 expy to do some repairs. Is there a way to do this? TIA

take the entire dash off...2 screws under the dash center of the instrument cluster...once those are out you can pull the dash and disconnect everything
Those can be removed by using tweezers or something in that vein. There are two release pins inside the vent. If you take a flashlight and shine back in there you can see them. I removed mine and scuffed/prepped them then painted them black. It's been a while, but if my recollection is right you release one at a time by compressing the clip and pulling out (gently). Then repeating with the other. Just take your time as they're fairly flimsy. Hope it helps.

That is I'll try that. Much easier than pulling the dash.
