This is my third SUV I have put Canvasback into. Anybody that owns a dog surely knows it is not fun to get the hair out the seat back carpet. This is a great product! Before and after photos in my 2015.

Before. The grid came from the weathertech cargo liner.

Notice on the 2nd row how it wraps underneath.

All row flattened.

2nd row up.

3rd row up. By design, the canvas has to slack up there at the base, but Canvasback put a crease there anyway.

And of course I put a weathertech cargo liner on top of it anyway.... :)

And no I'm not affliated with Canvasback. Just a great product that I've purchased three sets from them. It sure makes vacuuming a breeze!

The Canvasback looks nice and well thought out. I was initially going to pick one up, but that gap in the seats has me contemplating going in a different direction. It's a shame Ford couldn't design the seats the same way Toyota did in the Sequoia (no gaps when seats are folded). My dogs would have appreciated it. :p

I agree, that gap is pretty lame especially when you do see how Toyota addressed it with that flap... I was looking at a 15 Sequoia but the gas mileage (13/16 mpg) hasn't improved on that truck at all over the years. No regrets with the Expy!

I saved my weathertech from my prior SUV I use that to "drape" over the hole.

I also have the Canvasback for my 2014 EL. Love it!

I also put a Weathertech over the Canvasback, but I can only find the cargo mat that covers just behind the 3rd row of seats.

Where did you find a Weathertech that covers cargo area behind 2nd row of seats when the 3rd row is folded down? I can't find it on their website.

Thanks,
Keith

Hi Keith,
I don't have the EL... I tried looking at WT site for 2007 up and appears that just didn't make it for behind the 2nd row. I checked Husky too, no joy. You could always buy another behind the 3rd row, trim off the front lip and slip it partially underneath. I did that to my old Tahoe cargo liner and I have it slipped under neath my current WT so when I fold down the 2nd row, I just pull up the old Tahoe liner to cover the back of the 2nd row. Probably not visually appealing, but functional!

I've had the canvasbacks for about 2 years now my only complaint is how quickly the zipper broke. They have held up well otherwise.

Snomon,

I've been meaning to thank you for your reply for a month. Thanks. I appreciate the info and I think I may try what you are suggesting.

Cheers,
Keith
