Steering wheel crud

Any ideas how to get rid of it? Actually have it on both my fords. Seems a common problem.

just cleaned mine last week. all you need is a package of Mr. Clean Erasers. I wish i would have taken a before picture. I thought I had worn out the leather in some spots, but is was just gunk. i went through three erasers on mine.

I've used baby wipes to clean steering wheels. Both with and without leather.
