Am building a new 4.6 to go in my truck and I realize that I do not have the idler pulley bolt. I am curious if anyone can tell me what size the head of the bolt is so I can take minimal tools to the Pickenpaugh. Or better yet, if someone is able to tell me the dimensions of the bolt so I can just buy a new replacement. Thank you.

I think it was a 13mm - most of the bolts on the front of the engine are the same.

I second that! I'd bring a 13, 14 & 15. You can pretty much pull off the front cover with all of them (for the most part)...

I think there are a few 10mm on the front cover - various nuts on the studs and the water pump maybe. Most of my tear down for timing chain replacement was 10,13 and 18MM.
