My radio quit working as in not receiving any signal. I have an Eddi Bauer 2000 model. XM was installed by the po. I haven't had much luck researching. I know the antenna is in the glass but haven't found bad fusses or relays. Lay time i checked, i think i pulled the radio and did not notice a powered antenna wire. I will look closer but if it is there, what else could cause it to not pick up any stations? Thanks in advance.

behind the right side kick panel should be a connector that connects the rear antenna cable to the radio antenna cable. Check to make sure that is connected.

Also check the connection at the right rear quarter window

Thank you Roxy. Checked both of these connections and both are good and look new. I also went through and checked all the fuses related to audio and they were good. I haven't pulled the radio yet. It could be the radio I'm sure but it has Clarion wireless headphones hooked up and all the connections for the DVD player etc. Don't know how hard it would be to make sure those all still work.

Embarrassed to say I figured out my problem. There was an amplifier defeat switch at the back bottom of the console to show the dvd fm transmitter to be received by the head unit.
