99 Expedition and rear AV controls

Hi,

I have a 99 Expedition Eddie Bauer which has the middle seat radio and audio controls.

If I swap out the stock radio will these controls work with the new radio?

I have en after market radio on my as well with back up camara its not like people really use the rear controls

On trips my kids like to control the radio. I guess there's always the remote control.

Yup there is that as well. It came in handy for me cuz my daughter loved to kick the volume button all the time
