Tow hooks

So I want to put tow hooks on my 97, Ive seen some with them that come through the lower valance on the bumper.

My questions are: How hard is it to install tow hooks to the frame? Is there already holes in the frame for the bolts? and do I need specific hooks to fit if there are holes already in the frame? If anyone has pics from under the truck so I can get an idea of what I need that would be great.

I'd bet the holes are still there - but to get bolts inside the frame you'd need to remove the bumper.

If your expy is not 4x4 it will not have the holes.

It is a 4x4 so maybe this will be easier then I thought

Those bumpers are not very difficult to remove either.

I have a 98 4x4 and I wanted to put hooks on, I ordered the lower valance with the holes for hooks and made sure I got everything (hooks, washers, and nuts). Holes were already there and went together no problems.
