Some good info there, I wish I would have read that before I took my door panel off the first time. I have done it about 10 times now so I am good to go.

ive taken off the door panel so many times that i could do it in about a minute and 30 seconds flat! lol

i can do it in about a min and i have a tweeter on my corner piece and no power window to roll down so i think its fast for a driver side. passenger side i do just under a min. haha
