Driving me batty....
I need help on this one,
gotta a 03 EB 4x4, around 200 on the clock,
I am getting a CLACK CLACK CLAC, tick tic.....isolated right down around the tq converter area... Low RPM mostly when letting off the gas to an idle from 1-3000.
Not a motor noise.
Read something about a recal to install a "anti rattle clip" on the R470w.
Any input would help.
If it is just a freaking clip or something, I am good.... But if it s a pump noise ugh....
I have heard somewhere along the line that this noise is normal for this year and tranny ?? True?
What is an "Anti rattle clip" in the converter area, and what des it do?
Or is this a large issue? Shifts fine, no slip or shutter, od runs perfect.
