the bubbling of the paint its all over the lip of the hood and the tail gate and its only on those two areas hummm? wonder who else has this problem???

2001 Expedition XLT
5.4L original engine. Replaced Trans at 210k. It just turned over 336,000 miles and is running strong. I've got a bit of road vibration at high speeds and I'm thinking its the wheel bearings again, since i've had the tires balanced twice.
