I got my ReadyLift 3/2 on. I'll post pics when I get rims and tires, it looks like garbage with the stock XLT rims and bald 265s. Like a little kid at Christmas, I tore into the box and threw the lift in without taking measurements of the stock configuration. Eyeballing it looks like the amount of lift is true. I will say that at 6'2", I had to slide down into the Expy in stock form like a car. Now I have to use the running boards like a proper truck.
It's an extremely easy job, putting the lift on. I've put leveling kits on late model F-150s before, so the front was a cakewalk and took less than an hour. The rear was even easier. Maybe took 2 hours beginning to end for front and rear. I'm extremely happy with the kit. I wish we could get more lift out of these trucks without having to spend $3800, but it is what it is. I would advise getting an alignment done when you are finished, it's a whole lot cheaper than a set of tires.
