I didn't know that. Even more reason to have that secure idle activated.

Chuck, Download it and then print it. You click File and then select Download as... Then select the file type that you want and save it to your computer.

Finally found a moment to make all my much anticipated changes today:

1. Disabled turn signal hyper flash
2. Disabled green dash indicator for fog lights
3. Enables LED fog lights as DRL’s
4. Disabled seatbelt chime driver and passenger
5. Disabled double horn honk when vehicle is running and key is in my pocket and I exit vehicle and close door.
6. Increased turn signal bump from 3 flashes to 4.

Thrilled. ForScan is powerful.



I do have a question:
Key in ignition chime and Daytime Running Light Options on Left Side Screen indicate changes to the same module address and even the same digit in the address. I’m asking because I’d like to turn off the key in ignition chime but don’t want to mess with it if that’s a typo. Can anyone confirm? I’m referencing the spreadsheet.

I can confirm that the key in ignition chime worked in my 15. I suspect that based on the codes (8 is chime enabled but DRL off, C is chime enabled DRL on), that putting a 4 there would actually enable DRL and disable the chime. I just haven’t bothered trying it.

Huh. Interesting. Ok well I made the change and I’m not worrying about it much. I made almost every change outlined in the spreadsheet now with a few exceptions. Happy as a clam

I heard that FORScan will soon start transitioning to a paid software product.

Yeah it makes sense. Glad I got my changes in before they did that. I have a couple of final questions now that I’ve comfortably made pretty much all the changes I think I want for my 2015 EL Limited

1. Is a boost gauge definitively not possible to bring up via ForScan?
2. The only other discussion that interested me was auto-folding mirrors and auto closing windows/sunroof. No one has made progress on that either?
