Take a volt meter and put it across the battery terminals and post the following voltages

Voltage with engine off and key out
Voltage at idle
Voltage with the engine running about 1200 to 1500 RPM's

NEW alternator doesn't guarantee GOOD alternator

I heard a whine coming from the engine compartment so I replaced the alternator. Turns out the whine was a serpentine belt pulley and the NEW alternator I put in was bad.

Just a guess on my part but if you say the battery is being drained FULLY ... it sounds like something is not turning off and draining battery. I had that happen one time when the rear window wiper got corroded and stuck. It would not return to the home position, but kept trying - draining the battery. Check that! That was on my 2003 XLT and it has happened a few times but I'm onto it now so "the jig is up".

Battery drained over night was parked
Bingo! That is the typical thing with that rear wiper problem. Mine did it when I parked in a remote snowmobile lot and came back couple days later after overnights to a dead battery.

Do u know the voltage to it
No I don't ... the problem I refer to is fixed (on my Expy) by taking apart the rear wiper & cleaning/lubricating it - where it goes through the glass. Not sure if that's your problem or not.

Go back and read my post

Do a parasitic draw test to be certain. That way you will know for SURE rather at guessing

Although the problem may be the same Doesn't meant the cure is the same

TEST THE CIRCUIT

What happens if you take the time to check out something that someone says was their fix and then it doesn't solve your problem

That was the worst video I have ever seen
At no time does he show how to hook up the meter nor does he even turn the meter on Or show how to do a drain test.

Also on the second gen expys you can raise the lift gate window and turn the wiper by hand and it should move freely If it is stuck you will know right away.

He even waits until everything is apart befor he tries to turn the operator

And when he is finally done It was nice that he showed the wiper in operation.LOL
