Small update but notable.
The dealer found antifreeze coming out the oil fill cap on 2/6/19 and a small amount anti freeze in the oil pan.
The dealer is thinking piston rings are damaged at this point.
Ford instructed them to pull the motor and find the cause.
Ford gave us a 2019 F150 KR...
So with the older failures the pumps have been leaking them selves or not pumping up to spec. Also the coolant lines keep popping off the back of the HVAC ( 2 times?)
General symptoms are no Heat (but AC works), Front cooling fans for the radiator/ Inter cooler/transmission cooler running full...
I heard from the dealer yesterday, no clue on the cause as the system is pressure testing ok. Said the tech said it started roughly so now they are looking to see if the coolant is leaking other more "vital areas". I just had the oil changed last week so my fingers are crossed that its not that...

The main reason I got a 2016 KR instead of a Limited, is that none of the used limiteds I found from 2015-2017 had BLIS. It was a "requirement" from the Wife.
We had it on our 2016 Explorer, but don't on my 2012 F150. She said with how big the Expy is she did not feel comfortable driving one...
