    Thanks RJ. The parts I am looking for are the ones you just listed, but I also want to restore the 2 parts that have cut holes in them now. I think I found one, it is the glove box insert. The other is the black plastic that houses the heater core. Thanks.

    Hey all, I have a 97 EB 5.4. I had an issue with no heat. It turns out the blend door/actuator was bad. Buddy of mine found a temp fix from Youtube by dropping the glove box and cutting through behind the glove box then through the heat core/evap cover. I have decided to do the permanent fix...

    Morning all. 1997 EB with a 5.4. 100K miles. Perfect condition. Have it around 15 years. Don't use it much. The heat in this truck has always been like a sauna. This AM, decided to take it to work and no heat at all. Just cold air. Wondering where to start. Thanks.
