Paint Bubbling, We need EVERYONE to register a complaint! READ FORDS RESPONSE!!!
My 07 Expy started bubbling on the hatch at only 2 years old. We had it at the dealer repeatedly to which they said there was nothing they could do. It was only covered under the corrosion warranty if it rusted through and made a hole. We she is now 10 years old and bubbling all over the back...- Bstew73

What a nightmare! Exhaust manifold swap on the 07
I had three studs broken off and took it to my local repair shop. They replaced two of them with standard bolts and left the third one that was behind the shock tower. He said they just tightened it down real good. Huh, didn't ask about that one. Paid the shop over $600 and was on my way. Two...- Bstew73
