1999 ford expedition Shocks/struts
You can do a torsion bar twist and add spacers on rear coils. Get the 7700 torsion bars they will carry the load of a winch.- Dobermans

Running Boards Removed
I recently removed mine. Like he said above you will need rust inhibitor and flat black paint for the frame. It looks really clean and less like a soccer mom’s suv with them off.- Dobermans

AC Pressure Relief Valve woes
I recently replaced all my ac. I honestly can’t think off hand what it could be. My ac use to get warm without more rpm’s before I replaced it, it did that because it was low on refrigerant. Obsolete Body Parts (Rust Repair Sheet Metal)
For a lot of parts your best bet is a junkyard. I Had to replace my torsion bars the only places I found them was on eBay (more expensive) and a junkyard. I got mine from a junkyard upgraded to 7700 torsion bars. I would look at car-parts.com for parts. They show junkyards from all over the country.- Dobermans

Leak over drivers side rear window
The only known leak issue that I know of is the windshield, which causes gem problems. Other than that I have no idea. Is your weatherstripping dried out?- Dobermans
