2010 Expedition/AC High Side Fluctuation
Is the AC High Side supposed to drop when the high speed fan kicks on? It goes from 170 or so to about 370 then the high speed fan kicks on then goes back down to 170. Not so Good Vibrations
Yeah definitely not fun to do on your back. It caused quite of bit of damage in my situation so now I check it more often to make sure it's not getting to that point. I changed the oil a few days ago and I felt a little play in it so now it's on my radar but there's no vibration so probably not...- Drae

2003 overheating?
It's on the driver side head at the front. If you look just under the intake manifold, you can see it and put your hands on it. I tried removing it with the intake on but it wasn't happening with my large hands.- Drae

Not so Good Vibrations
Did you check your front driveshaft u joints? I had the same vibration at the same speeds with my 03 5.4 until one night my wife was driving and the u joint broke when the transmission downshifted going up a steep hill. 2003 overheating?
My 03 5.4 Expedition would overheat that way from time to time before I changed the cylinder head temperature sensor. It's located under the intake so you'll have to remove it. I haven't had that issue in 3 years since replacing it. I know it seems crazy a sensor can make the vehicle overheat...- Drae

Front left wheel humming
Are you guys jacking the vehicle up and checking top to bottom wobble? It's been times where it seems to be one side creating the noise but it's actually the other side. If you're going to change the fluid and filter in a 6R80, I suggest changing the wiring harness connector sleeve while you're in there. P0171 & P0174 and Service Engine Soon Light
I've had the intake manifold off of my 03 5.4 a couple of times now. Not a bad job just time consuming getting things out of the way for clearance. Swollen Lug Nuts
This was the result of one of my wheels getting stuck on. It was the very last wheel and lug to get off when swapping wheels. Coil Spring Perches/Seats
Does anyone know where to get front and back spring perches from? New or used doesn't matter. I need them for a 2nd Gen but didn't know if the 3rd Gen parts would work. If you've replaced complete assemblies and have old shocks laying around with them, I'll gladly take the perches off your hands.- Drae

Delete Heater Hose Quick Disconnect?
I ended up just getting a worm clamp on there with 5/8 hose. The quick disconnect I got from Autozone was too small so I just made it cheap and simple.- Drae
