Theft light blinking-no power to anything
I have a 99 expy 4.6 2wd. Had some transmission work done now it is stuck at the shop and wont start. Turn the key and the gauges jumped back and forth a few times but got nothing. There is a relay clicking in the fuse panel when I take out the key. Theft light is blinking. I only have 1 key...- eightball353

Dash Lights Blinking
I am having a similar problem with my 99 xlt. i went to start it this morning and it turned over for a second then stopped. It will not start. With the key out of the ignition and the door open it continuously flashes the interior lights and i hear a clicking noise coming from the fusebox area...- eightball353
