2001 Eddie Bauer Rust
I’m going through the same thing at the moment. I went to Walmart and got a cheap drill and wire wheel, spent a lot of time taking the rust off the bottom and after all metal places were metal again and not surface rust I painted back over it with rustolem primer and then rustolem black paint- Eric08

I was in the parts house the other day and was thinking about changing out my transmission filter and when I spoke to the guy at the counter he asked how many miles I had on he truck. If I’m running 35-45 and I put it to the floor It will just steadily climb but sometimes it will kick in and take off. I got a code for a temp sensor and changed it out, now my bag light has come on. Need some help
Well I don’t think there is a fine for that ky but I’m not sure. Now I have a new problem. I can put the gas peddle to the floor and it doesn’t give any extra acceleration. It don’t open up or put you back or show any take off. The engine doesn’t even seem to know I’m giving it gas also my...- Eric08

May be due to weight. My father in laws 2017 is heavier than mine but gets right around the same gas mileage as mine- Eric08

So I tried the sea foam and it really actually helped out a lot. It restored a lot of the take off power but it still feels a little sluggish so maybe one more can of that after the next oil change, also after I get my exhaust and intake put on it will probably be a beast- Eric08

Yeah I’ve seen the reviews on using lacquer thinner but watched one good video that showed no improvement from using it. But I have seen a lot of good videos on the sea foam in the throttle body intake that do a fantastic job. My only thought with it being the cats is because it still doesn’t...- Eric08

Moose everything in mine is stock last week I was averaging 9.6 but as soon as I changed my fuel filter and air filter it turned into a different truck. Still planning on exhaust and good intake. Tonight I’m running some sea foam through my intake cause I feel my cats are blocked up a little- Eric08
