Hey everyone,
Our 2004 Expedition seems to be vibrating and noisy at between 65-70MPH. at 75mph is goes away....
I was hoping one of the wheels were just out of balance, so I had all the wheels re-balanced and rotated.
If anything it seems like it made it worse.
Next Step...
I installing an HID Kit, so their are wires that have to run from the headlight to the balister. So I was wondering with those rubber covers on the back of each bulb opening on the headlamp, if i need to put those back on or cut a small slice in them to run the wires for the HID lights through...
The headlight was getting stuck at the bottom, i slide a thin blade in and push in and you could hear it pop loose.
My question now is on the back of the headlight they're those rubber covers over the back of the hi and low beam. do those need to go back on, or should i just cut a slit in...
Unreal. Ok the two boats are the ones on the top of the headlight assembly right? this is unreal, I yanked, hit, shoved and tapped it until the car was rolling back and forward. Those bastards don't want to come out!

Me and my g/f recently picked up a 2004 Expedition to tow our 21ft Bayliner with.
I have HID's in my Cobra, as well in my Exploder. I picked up a set for the Expedition as well, b/c once you have HIDs everything else seems to be yellow!
So i goto install them this...
