Yeah there isn't any real support for the expedition, contrary to it's name. Lol but with the front end, I may be wrong, but F 150 stiff should work, and there's definitely options for those. Sent from my SM-G930P using Tapatalk

Yeah that pic was when he took it to Moab last year. Just FYI the bumpers are about 120 lbs, and then the added weight of the winch, so some stiff springs and shocks up front would be prime. You save some weight by using synthetic line instead of steel cable. Also, winch has to be installed on...

Steel bumpers for 1st&2nd Gen from WAM Bumpers

I think painted would look pro. And the one I'm buying is pretty much the same Jeep. Lol 2006 Hemi with QDII 4wD but his has a 6" modified superlift. Mine is only has a basic 4". The pic I sent was before he lifted it. This is it now. Sent from my SM-G930P using Tapatalk

I know the Expy is a solid front piece so you'd more than likely have to cut it. My grill is separate so all I had to do was remove the plastic bumper, and cut the sub bumper out. And it uses 6x bolts, 3x a side. The first two are the tow hook holes, the last is about 12" inside the sub frame...

I had to cut out the middle of the sub bumper on my Jeep, and then use the holes made for tow hooks for the mounting bracket. Just had to replace the radiator, so I took the bumper off. You can see what I had to cut. Sent from my SM-G930P using Tapatalk

Yeah they have great customer service now. The only reason I took the time to come back in here and let you guys know. I know when I had my Expy TAG was the only marker I could find, but sadly never was able to get one. They build a lot bumpers for vehicles no one's messes with Sent from my...

They said they emailed you back. Did you hear anything? Said they make the front bumper for the 03-06 expedition but not a rear Sent from my SM-G930P using Tapatalk

Lol, unfortunately they only make the front for the second gen. She said they haven't done much work on the Expy since buying TAG, and opening up shop. So if you want one, and can find someone else who wants one, they'd probably start on a rear. Heck, if you lived close enough to Douglasville...

I just talked to them. She said she might have sent the wrong email to you, because she was talking to someone about an explorer at the same time or something . They are supposed to email you again Sent from my SM-G930P using Tapatalk

I had a great customer service experience. Be sure you tell them Will Mercer sent you to them, maybe they'll give me a discount when I buy a rear bumper for my Commander lol Sent from my SM-G930P using Tapatalk

I went there personally to pick it up, and talk to the welders and the new owners , which is a company that builds custom beds for lawn treatment trucks. Everything went smooth, and several other guys have ordered their bumpers from them since then, and no issues Sent from my SM-G930P using...
