@p38fln I will certainly give that a try when I get time to go back out to my parents where the truck is parked currently. It's an hour drive from where I live and I just don't have the space here in the city to park two vehicles currently. It probably doesn't help that this truck was a fire...- J Tuck

This year of expedition (2007) does not have a FPDM (Fuel Pump Driver Module). It's simply driven by a relay controlled by the ECM. And yes, we have swapped all the relays around several times for troubleshooting... But that was a awesome question. Also, unfortunately, this year of expedition...- J Tuck

Well, update time, finally. I drove the truck on and off until about the start of the year. It was nice to have around for the snow... but then I parked the truck for about three months. Hey guys, just test drove it again today and took some log data. Firstly, I tried removing and reconnecting all ECM connectors in the engine bay. No change. I also tried removing the ground cable, draining the capacitors for a good 10 minutes with a jumper, then reconnecting the ground cable...- J Tuck

Yes, was doing the bucking before changing the plugs, too. No difference after changing. Bucked on the second drive after changing. Wasn't doing it everyday at that point though. It's everyday now. Edit: Coil Pack plugs are in good condition and clip in securely.- J Tuck

I changed the plugs maybe 1000 miles ago now. We changed all 8 myself. Trans Flush was about 500 miles ago now. MAF about 250 miles ago. I will certainly go through all my connectors and check grounds. Good things to try... That's what I'm looking for. Is did check fuel pressure and it's...- J Tuck

Just a little more information: Truck has 193,000 miles. I believe most of it's parts to be original (was owned and maintained by a local fire department, I'm second owner). When I start from a light and floor the accelerator, it will buck all the way from start until about 5000 RPM in second...- J Tuck

Hesitation/Bucking @ 45 MPH under very light acceleration
Hey there, I think I am experiencing a similar issue. My 2007 Expedition is just up past 190k miles and it has almost a surge where as I am accelerating, it will accelerate, let out, come back in strong, let out, come back in, repeatedly.
