Third blown plug in three months
Hi folks, We have our expy in the shop for the third time in as many months replacing a blown plug. It's an '03 XLT with the 5.4L and ~110K miles. As we're only spending ~$350 per plug, it's still cheaper than replacing the heads, but it sucks spending the money. I don't know what the coil...- jcims

constant .5A drain with ignition off? ('03XLT)
Hi Folks, I've been having problems with the battery draining overnight and having to jump in the morning. I put an ammeter on the battery with the power off and the hood light pulled, and am getting a steady .5-.7A drain on the battery. There is 10 second interval where it's pulling...- jcims

'03 XLT 5.4 with tons of electrical issues
Hi Folks, Having lots of electrical issues with our '03 XLT. Just thought i'd swing by to see if anyone has suggestions for the following: 1. Driver door window intermittently not working. Have to lean into the door from the inside and press hard to get it to go up. Goes down fine...- jcims
