Yeah that was the plan but best laid plans and whatnot... I'm aware of the pinout changes and lengthening wires, just not sure about the flashing process, and I'm pretty sure an excursion dash will not fit in my ********* Expo. 6.8 expo help
So I'm in the process of putting a v10 in my 97. I know to go with a pre 04 v10, but will it be a pain to go with a newer 4r100? It and the transfercase are out of an 06 250. Will the ecm from an earlier 6.8 talk to it without trouble, or will flashing it fix any hiccups? What about the wiring...- Jim dandy
