For off road 35s on 17s ride great along with 33s on 17s. Tire psi around 45. On road if you have an AT tire or Hybrid or mild Mud like Nitto Trail Grabber you will be very happy as they still ride great on the road. Well you just need to figure out which f150 years match your year Expedion. Icon makes the uniball Control arms also for the newer F150s and one of those will match your rig.- JZHOUSE

Yeah, and make sure they are adjusted the correct way, so to the highest number which I believe is 9. Ok good so the top bolts that bolt the coilovers to the frame are secure, right? The photos seem normal. I did notice that the Ranchos knobs were not set the same on each side. Make sure they are both set on the stiffest setting. Also, what about the top of the coilovers. Good luck and I hope you find it. For the upper and lower control arms, they should have a rubber or metal spacer on each side to keep it tight from sliding back and forth. Easy to see and check. There should be no empty space, not even a few mm.- JZHOUSE

Thanks. I also did a YouTube video on the 4x4 system too. One more thought too is make sure the upper and lower control arms have no play where they are connected. There are spacers in there that should be there that prevent any slipping back and forth of the upper and lower control arms. I...- JZHOUSE

Ok so it came with the Ranchos and did you replace those, (as you said they were shot)..., so I am guessing you replaced those and they are new. What level did you set the front Ranchos on? Hmmm..... I have not had that issue. Of course I don't run a front sway bar. It's not really needed unless you tow. And you got a wheel alignment after the Rancho Lifts? Looks good. It also looks like your running boards are level too which means it's all level and it's just your fender height messing with your eyes. Check and park on a level street and check it with a leveler. Take the leveler and then check the rig in a few places. I bet it's all level.- JZHOUSE
