Change plugs, boots, coolant, Trans and different fluids. Brake fluid is also a good idea.. Crank case clean sounds like bs and you can't prove if it was actually done. You should have to clean the crankcase unless something catastrophic went wrong
If it only leaks while running, first thing I would check are the cooler lines.
As for the lug nuts, I have one of these that makes quick work of lug nuts, crank pulley bolts, and any bolt with a death wish...
0 psi cylinder and scored/beat up cylinder walls, it sounds like it dropped a valve, which requires a new engine. Buy a boroscope and have a look for yourself, it's a small price for peace of mind. They even have ones that plug into your phone
Parking brake and the transmission park both lock the rear wheels. If you have a limited slip rear, then the park brake won't make any difference. If you have 4wd, the transmission will lock up the front (at least one) if you park it with 4wd engaged.
That's plausible. There is an electronic solenoid in there that gets power through the brake pedal switch, if it gets stuck again check if the brake lights are working,
