Torque Steer?
Thanks for the replies, I thought about that FWD too I guess I should have said its simulating like it has torque steer, apply torque and it requires a counter steer, although it definitely isn't IN the steering wheel the whole truck just kinda drifts that way on its own doesn't jerk the wheel...- KyleR

I've thought about doing this on my 2003 5.4, and saving $ by grabbing a beefy one from a local pull it yourself salvage yard out of who knows what- KyleR

Torque Steer?
I have an 03 5.4 4x4 that used to wander the road bad, spent a decent amount of $ and time making it drive better and its way better, replaced the front upper control arms, all new struts, belltech beefy rear swaybar, and planning to do front links soon. I got the wander down x10 but its still...- KyleR

2004 5.4L - Removed Transmission. Engine Rocked Back?
You'll be fine I let mine sag to reach the top bellhousing bolts easier, and I'm pretty sure I had to remove my exhaust as well. Been driving mine for over a year no issues and also done an Explorer and Mountaineer that way.- KyleR
