2012 Expy Transmission Speed Sensor
Need some help badly. Been fighting this for 7 months. In 145K I never had one problem. Had the transmission RECALL done at dealer about 7 months ago and after getting car back the nightmare began. Every code possible randomly coming on. New PCM, new MAF, new Throttle body, 4 new O2 sensors...- ltmark

Idle Air Control Valve
NO CODES PRESENT. Since replacing the IAC, it idles much smoother, but I still feel a little stumble and definitely feel a slight miss/hesitation when accelerating at lower speeds. I rest the memory so I have to drive a little to see what the long term trims are doing. As indicated before...- ltmark

What to look for when buying a gen 2 expy
!!! Ask and LOOK for previously blown spark plugs holes!! I would pass on a gen 2! You can't reach half of then engine and being an older model, there will likely be issues! I own one, by the way. 2003 plugs blowing out
I'm back. I have a 2003 Expy AND a 2012 Expy. The '03 blew #3 plug (and threads) out at about 60K. #7 blew at about 67K and then #3 (with Helicoil) blew out again shortly thereafter. Overheating Making me crazy!!
It goes into the coolant. Actually, it worked, as claimed. I did a lot of research on it before I tried. As I said, had I wanted to keep the car or planned on selling it, I would have not tried the sealant. If I can get it to last foa year, with not a lot of mileage, I'll be happy. I had...- ltmark

Rough Idle, bank 2 stuck rich - just solved head gasket for now!
Good day. This is a new post after 1st issue solved. 186K on my son's 2003 Expy. Small head gasket leak causing overheating and poor idle, etc, Fought it for a month and finally used some Blue Devil head gasket sealer and it seemed to work. Will say more about that at end! MY CURRENT...- ltmark

OK, I put in some radiator cleaner and then tried some Blue Devil head gasket sealer. Remember, the car has 186K and my boy just needs about a year more out of it, if possible!
