AC Clutch not Engaging
Fixed So the weather has been horrible making it impossible for me to get out and test the fuses. But today was perfect and found #11 blown. Replaced the fuse and all is cold and smooth in the oh expy. Thanks for the help.- MattB

AC Clutch I did not check with a mulitmeter. I only checked them by pulling them ro verify that they were not blown along with pulling them to make sure that what they were supporting did not work when removed.- MattB

So I started working to change the timing chain on my 05 Expy and forgot to clamp down the pass side cam shaft, so when I remover the chain the phaser and cam shaft twisted to the left a bit. Though I had it back but when I turned over the engine (by hand) the shaft now makes a clunk sound... -

Rough idle @ operating temp and idle
I am having a simliar issue. I have changed many parts and the idle speed in P and N now idles as it should when I rev the engine up some. It use to drop down to low RPMs and either stall out or try to. is the idle an issue while being in P or N or is it while you are driving? I cleaned...- MattB
