5.4 4 valve using 5.0 intake manifold

I am assuming the 5.4 4 valve adapters from mmr will also allow me to use the f150 5.0 manifold? I am assuming that manifold would be better for a truck than the mustang 5.0 manifold. Gotts Mod **Pics**
I just did this mod on my 2005 Navigator. I used a drop in flat K&N filter and a 4" to 3" rubber adapter. Lincoln Navigator 3" Lift with factory airbags
So I am planning a 3" strut spacer lift soon on my 2005 Navigator. I have front and rear air suspension. 2005 Lincoln Navigator Mod Questions!
Keep in mind the navi has the f150 style grille but different mounting points. The expy bumper may fit but it won't look right... Don't hit your running boards off road or they bend up... Lol just a tip- Nuclidex
